How to Reset/Change Your Password

Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password and cannot login to your GreenSpace account, click the "Forgot your password?" option on the login screen.

Enter your registered email and click "Reset Password".

An email will be sent to the entered email address. Click the "Reset Password" button within the email.

You will be redirected to your web browser and prompted to enter a new password and confirm the password in the field below. Ensure your new password is strong and unique, combining letters, numbers, and symbols for added security. Keep your new password confidential and avoid using easily guessable information. Click "Complete Registration" once complete. If the password in both fields do not match, you will not be able to click the button.

You will be taken to the login screen, where you can enter your credentials and click "Login."

Change Password 

Click on your profile located in the main menu at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. You may need to scroll own on the menu.

Select the "Password" drown-down section then click the "Reset Password" button. This action will log you out of GreenSpace and trigger an email to be sent to your registered user email address to finish resetting your password.
