Understanding the Dashboard

Our dashboard is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your projects' statuses at a glance, empowering you to make informed decisions and keep your projects on track. Let's dive into the key features and functionalities of the dashboard:

Quick Glance Status Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find a summary of the different statuses of your company projects:

  • On Track: Number of projects progressing as planned.
  • At Risk: Projects facing potential issues or delays.
  • Late: Projects that are behind schedule.
  • Not Started: Projects that have not yet begun.
  • Totality Summary: A total count of all your company's projects.

Project Manager Details

Dive deeper into project specifics in the next section, where you can view the number of projects assigned to each project manager and their respective statuses. This feature allows you to identify workload distribution among project managers and monitor the progress of their assigned projects closely.

If you're concerned about unassigned projects, you can easily toggle the "Hide Unassigned Projects" option to check if any projects require a project manager assignment, ensuring that every project has appropriate oversight.

Project Categorization

This pie graph visually represents the distribution of projects by category. This visual aid helps you to easily differentiate between various project types and prioritize accordingly.

Overview of Selected Projects

The overview block provides further details and customization options. You can filter project progress status by checking the boxes at the top of the dashboard and/or by the project manager drop down menu, allowing you to focus on specific subsets of your projects.

Project Health by Manager

The health block offers a visual representation of your projects' health categorized by project manager. This feature enables you to identify which project managers are effectively managing their projects and which may require additional support or attention.
